Protein Fudge Cookie

Protein Fudge Cookie Dry mix: 50g Granola (I used @true.elements Dark Chocolate Granola) + 30g Oats 20g All purpose flour or any flour for binding 1 scoop whey protein (I used Nakpro Vanilla) A pinch of baking soda Liquid mix: Mash Half banana 10g peanut butter 1 egg white + half egg yolk 1 tsp Vanilla essence (optional)

Ingredients for this Recipe

Granola

50 gm

oats

All purpose flour

20 gm

whey protein

1 scoop

baking soda

1 pinch

banana mash

1 nos

Peanut butter

10 gm

egg white

1 nos

egg yolk

1 nos

Vanilla essence

1 tsp

Preparation

1. Combine both the dry and liquid mixtures together and shape in the form of cookies. 4 medium sized cookies can be made out of this entire mix. I made 2 big sized ones.

2. Cook in an Air Fryer as per the following: 4 mins 180 - on top side 4 mins 180 - on bottom side 2 mins 200 - on top side You can also use an oven at 180 deg for 10-15 mins in Convection mode. But pls keep checking.

3. Top it up with just a bit of choco chips or Hershey’s chocolate-caramel syrup and enjoy
