Hello All, I started this session to have a physical activity to be healthy. It’s going to be a month, the changes I observe that I am becoming active , organized , calmness in handling the situation. Sometime I couldn’t able to get up on time in morning is the changes that not happening. New aspect is listen to breathing and I can see the difference. Initially after kapalabati I used to get cough but recent days i can see the difference. I have practiced yoga before but never taught/thought about focusing mind which greesha ji taught and I am so glad. Thank you greesha ji for the wonderful session we had for past 1 month and will continue the session and focus to become a individual practitioner. Hari aum🙏.

Hello All, After my second baby last year through C-section, I had lost flexibility of my body and had knee pain, difficulty to stand after sitting and using support of hand to stand. Also when I tried cobra pose, I used to get pain in my stitches even 6 months post surgery. After having joined this program by Greesha ji, I feel some control over my body. I feel gyan Mudra and mantra chanting is also helping me. When we generally try to hold a pose, we try to hold breath. Greesha ji has made us aware that we need to breath through holding a pose. Thank you Greesha ji for your lessons. Though it is little difficult for me walking up for morning sessions with 2 kiddos posing a challenge everyday but I do try to give my best. Hari Aum 🙏

Hari aum I remember being flexible when i was a child and during my school days when i was training in oddisi dance..but now when i started pracitising yoga under greesha ji..i found how inflexible my body has become. Due to my sleep cycle over the years i could never get up before 7am..and i admit although it is still difficult..but i am learning and happy to see that i dont go back to sleep..my postures have changed and these small achievments make me happy and proud of myself. One thing that i haven't achieved yet is regular periods..but after talking to greesha ji and through few restorative and hip opening session i think i have found the intention which we are always told to come with on the mat.🙏🏻❤

My yoga journey started couple of months back with Greeshaji..I had certain medical conditions and due to sedentary lifestyle and work pressure I faced indigestion, inflexibility and lethargy. Yoga journey under Greeshaji has been calm and effective one, wherein the same enabled looking at each thing and circumstance with a changed and different perspective. Stress on the breath work, effective holding of the posture and without stressing the body the best possible body movement happened. Hello, everyone. Yoga has been eye-opening for me in these past few weeks, about my body’s needs for strength and flexibility. I notice a change in my endurance, albeit little. It helps to focus on the breath and try to stabilize it. With practice, I feel like gaining more control of the mind and body would become more plausible than ever. The practice has made me more prone to waking up early, something I’ve always wanted to do but never had the initiative to. Doing yoga watching the sunrise is beautiful! :)

Hari aum all 🙏 it's been 5 months since i joined this class.. I was very stressed at that time... Because Dr said it's pre menopause in 32 age..a few days after joining her i forgot my all problems..all stress are like chu mantar😍... Now I wanted that because of this my health should not have any further problem... I joined greesha ji and do yoga daily. And the way of her teaching, simple advices and some techniques taught in class greatly helped my understanding of some poses. i kept patience, and followed all instructions given by her.. I had been diagnosed with PCOD since my childhood. But last year it got severe and I tried every medicine, hit the gym as well. But everything failed. Since the time I joined the classes, I can see yoga has helped in decreasing the symptoms and severity of PCOD. I got my periods naturally last month which was truly an achievement. I could see my weight stuck at an ideal weight which was impossible for me earlier. Yoga has calmed my mind , made my body flexible. I feel more energetic now. Greesha ji came as a savior in my life.
