Peri Peri Chicken with Sauce
Peri peri chicken with sauce from scratch!!!! It’s so good and also easy to make, you have to try it out🤤🤤🥵🥵🥵 Recipe- makes 2 servings For sauce- 1 medium red bell pepper - cubes 1 onion - cubes 2 green chilli 3-4 garlic cloves 2 kashmiri red chilli - soaked in warm water for 30 mins Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 tbsp vinegar 1/2 tbsp olive oil salt pepper red chilli powder 1/2 tsp dried thyme/rosemary 1/2 tsp dried oregano Chicken- 2 chicken breast, slits on top (400g)

green chilli

kashmiri red chilli

lemon juice
1 tsp
vinegar
1 tsp
olive oil
1 tsp
salt
1 pich
Pepper
1 pinch
red chilli powder
1 pinch
dried thyme/rosemary
1 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
chicken breast
400 gm
Preparation
1. In a baking tray, mix bell pepper, onion, garlic, green chili, 1/4 tbsp olive oil, red chilli powder, some salt
2. Bake at 200°C for 25-30 mins.
3. Let it cool then grind to a paste with lemon juice, vinegar, kashmiri chili, herbs and spices, 1/4 tbsp olive oil.
4. Marinate the chicken with half of this sauce.
5. Thin out the leftover sauce with some water, to desired consistency.
6. Air fry the chicken at 180°C for 8-9 mins then flip and cook for another 8-9 mins.
7. Serve with some fresh coriander and lemon juice, and of course the peri peri sauce 🤤🤤
