Sauce - mix together 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1/2 tsp honey 1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper 1 tsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp corn starch 1/3 cup water 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp grated garlic Chopped veggies of choice 1 tsp olive oil

Preparation

1. Coat tofu with corn starch & air fry at 180°C for 10-15 mins.

2. in a pan, heat olive oil. Sauté the vegetables

3. add the prepared sauce & cook till it thickens a bit

4. dd the air fried tofu, mix well & enjoy!!
