Bottle Gourd Sabzi

Bottle gourd (dudhi), cubed

Preparation

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

3. Add chopped onion and saute until translucent. Add chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft.

4. Add diced bottle gourd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

5. Cover the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat or until the bottle gourd is soft and cooked.

6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
