High Protein Soya Keema

Recipe- 40g soya granules, boiled & rinsed 1 tsp ghee 1/4 tsp jeera 1 elaichi 1/2 inch cinnamon 1 bay leaf 2 black peppercorn 1 clove 1 onion finely chopped 2 garlic cloves finely chopped 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped 1 chilli chopped 1 tomato finely chopped Spices- 1/2 tsp each of coriander powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, salt 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp kasuri methi Lemon juice Coriander leaves Kewra water/ rose water (optional)

Preparation

1. 1. Heat ghee, sauté whole spices. Then add the onions and sauté till golden brown.

2. 2. Add garlic, ginger, chili & cook for a minute then add the tomatoes.

3. 3. Cook this for 1-2 mins then add the spices, mix well & cook the masala for 7-8 mins.

4. 4. Add the boiled soya, mix well. Add hot water, cover & cook for 15-20 mins on low flame.

5. 5. In the end, mix in the garam masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice, coriander & kewra water.
