Herb Rice & Paneer

Made this while clearing leftovers from the fridge, turned out really nice so thought I’ll share with you! This recipe is really simple and comes together in 15-20 mins. Its the perfect for lunch/dinner when you have some leftover rice I’ve used paneer, but you can use any protein of your choice 🍗🍤🥚 for rice- 100g cooked rice 1-2 clove garlic finely chopped some bell pepper & onion, chopped in small cubes 1/2 tsp (2g) olive oil 1 tsp dried mixed herbs (u can use dominos etc seasoning packets here) 1/2 tsp chilli flakes salt & pepper For paneer - mix together 100g paneer cubes (u can use low fat/toned milk paneer for lower calories) 1/2 tsp (2g) olive oil 1/4 tsp mixed dried herbs salt to taste

cooked rice

100 gm

clove garlic finely chopped

2 nos

chopped bell pepper

1 tsp

chopped onion

1 tsp

olive oil

dried mixed herbs

chilli flakes

1 tsp

salt & pepper

1 tsp

paneer cubes

100 gm

olive oil

2 gm

Preparation

1. heat olive oil, sauté garlic & vegetables for 2-3 mins

2. add the herbs, chilli flakes, mix well

3. add the rice, salt & pepper, mix and cook for another 2 mins

4. air fry paneer at 200°C for 10-15 mins or till the paneer is golden. you can even pan fry the paneer

5. serve the rice with the paneer, you can also serve some salad with this 🫶🏻🫶🏻 ENJOYy🥰
