Khaman Dhokla

Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, ginger paste, green chili paste, sugar, salt, and turmeric powder.
2. Gradually add water to the bowl while stirring continuously to make a smooth batter without any lumps.
3. Add the Eno fruit salt to the batter and mix well.
4. Grease a small microwave-safe bowl with oil. Pour the batter into the bowl.
5. Microwave the bowl on high power for 2-3 minutes or until the dhokla is cooked and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. In a small pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and sesame seeds and let them splutter.
7. Pour this tempering over the cooked dhokla.
8. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut (if using) on top of the dhokla.
9. Cut the dhokla into small pieces and serve.
