Preparation

1. Take curd (plain yogurt) in a mixing bowl.

2. Add water to it and whisk well until it becomes smooth. The amount of water you add will depend on how thick you want your buttermilk to be. For a thinner consistency, add more water.

3. Add salt to taste and mix well. Add roasted cumin powder and whisk well.

4. Serve in a glass.
