Quick Chicken - Air Fryer

Meal prep helps a lot if you have a very hectic schedule and can’t prepare each meal separately. I like to keep my protein ready and use it in salads, wraps, pasta whatever.. the list is endless🤑 It makes work super quick and easy This is a very very basic recipe and does not require a lot of ingredients, you just need to mix everything and let the air fryer do its thing! You can also cook the chicken in a pan - 500g chicken breast cubes - 1 tsp (5g) olive oil - 1-2 tsp ginger garlic paste - juice of 1/2 lemon - spices- salt, black pepper, dried herbs, garlic powder, red chilli powder

Ingredients for this Recipe

chicken breast cubes

500 gm

olive oil

1 tsp

ginger garlic paste

1 tsp

lemon juice

1 tsp


1 tsp

Black pepper

1 tsp

dried herbs

1 tsp

garlic powder

1 tsp

red chilli powder

1 tsp


1. air fry at 180°C for 12-15 mins Let it cool down, store in an air tight container in the fridge for 4-5 days!
