Dry Fruit Milkshake, Chia Seeds

Ingredients for this Recipe

Mixed dry fruits (such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and dates)

Milk

1 cup

Honey

1 tbsp

Cardamom powder

Preparation

1. Soak the mixed dry fruits in warm water for 1-2 hours or until they become soft and plump.

2. Drain the water from the soaked dry fruits and transfer them to a blender.

3. Add milk, honey, and cardamom powder to the blender.

4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. You can add a few ice cubes to make the shake cold and refreshing.

5. Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.

6. Pour the shake into a glass and serve immediately.
