Preparation

1. Wash and chop the carrot, beetroot, and spinach leaves.

2. Add the chopped vegetables to a blender

3. Add the lemon juice, grated ginger, and water to the blender.

4. Blend everything until smooth.

5. Serve the juice immediately, garnished with a slice of lemon or a sprig of fresh mint.
