Chilli Tofu - Low Cal
Chilli Tofu 🌶🌶🌶 SO GOOD! Recipe (makes 2 servings) 🌶 break 300g tofu into small pieces, coat with- - 1 tbsp corn flour (7g) - 1 tsp ginger garlic powder - 1/2 tsp chilli powder - 1/4 tsp salt - air fry at 180°C for 15 mins or till they’re golden and crispy. 🌶 for sauce mix together- - 1.5 tbsp soya sauce (25g) - 1 tbsp sriracha(or chilli sauce; 15g) - 1/2 tbsp honey (10g) - 1/2 tsp ginger garlic powder - 1 tsp chilli flakes - 1 tsp corn flour (3g) - 2-3 tbsp water 🌶 on pan- 3 cloves chopped garlic 1 tsp chopped ginger 1 tsp olive oil (4g) bell pepper and onion cubes

1. heat olive oil, sauté garlic and ginger
