Chicken Pulao - Easy Recipe

I know so many of you are lazy, so try this out no excuses now😡😡😡 Recipe- makes 1 serving Marinate chicken- 200g chicken breast 1/2 tsp haldi 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Soak 50g rice in water for 15-30 mins. Pulao- 1 tsp ghee 1/2 tsp jeera 1 laung 1 elaichi 1 bay leaf 2 black peppercorn Small piece cinnamon 1/2 onion, slices 1/2 tomato chopped 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp biryani masala (or garam masala) 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup water appx

Preparation

1. Marinate chicken & soak rice.

2. Heat ghee, sauté whole spices till they are fragrant.

3. Sauté onion & ginger garlic paste till translucent.

4. Add tomatoes and cook for 1-2 mins.

5. Add marinated chicken and sauté till it’s pale.

6. Add salt & biryani masala, mix well.

7. Add water, let it come to a boil.

8. Cover & cook on low flame for 20 mins.

9. Enjoyyy
