Paneer Capsicum Curry
Makes two serving Ingredients: 100g paneer, cubed 1 cup chopped capsicum 1 small onion, chopped 1 small tomato, chopped 1 green chili, chopped 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder 2 tablespoons oil Salt to taste Water as required

Paneer

Preparation
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cubed paneer. Fry the paneer until it turns golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and onion. Sauté the onion until it becomes translucent.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for a minute.
4. Add chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and mushy.
5. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
6. Add capsicum and sauté until it wilts down.
7. Add the fried paneer to the pan and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
