1. Blend soaked almonds with a little water to make a smooth paste.

2. Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the almond paste, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

3. Simmer for a few minutes.

4. Add honey.

5. Consume it half an hour before bedtime

6. For lactose intolerance - kindly use oats milk or soy milk or any other dairy free milk as per your choice.
