Carrot Peas Sabzi

Preparation

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

3. Add chopped onion and saute until translucent.

4. Add chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft.

5. Add diced carrots, peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

6. Cover the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes on low heat or until the carrots and peas are soft and cooked.

7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
