Preparation

1. Rinse the fish fillet and pat it dry with a paper towel.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well to form a smooth paste.

3. Rub the tandoori paste onto the fish fillet, making sure it is evenly coated on both sides.

4. Cover the fish fillet with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

6. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with oil.

7. Place the marinated fish fillet on the baking sheet and bake it in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until it is fully cooked.

8. Remove the fish fillet from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

9. Serve the tandoori fish hot with lemon wedges.
