Boiled Sprouted Moong Salad

Boiled sprouted moong
100 gm
Small onion
15 gms
Small tomato
15 gm
Small cucumber
15 gm
Small carrot
15 gm
Green chillies
1 tsp
Chaat masala
1 tsp
Salt to taste

Coriander leaves

Preparation
1. Rinse and sprout the moong beans. To sprout, soak the beans overnight in water, drain the water, and tie the beans in a muslin cloth. Keep the cloth-covered beans in a warm, dark place for 1-2 days until they sprout.
2. Boil the sprouted moong beans in salted water for 5-7 minutes until soft.
3. Drain the water and let the moong beans cool.
4. In a bowl, mix the boiled moong beans, onion, tomato, cucumber, and grated carrot.
5. Add lemon juice, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
6. Serve the boiled sprouted moong salad in a bowl and enjoy.
