Vegetable Paneer Kathi Roll
Makes one roll Ingredients: 1 tortilla or chapati 1 small onion, thinly sliced 1 small tomato, thinly sliced 1/4 cup paneer, diced 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped

Tortilla or chapati

Onion, sliced

Tomato, sliced

Paneer
50 gm
Coriander cumin seed powder
3 gm
Garam masala

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves

Preparation
1. In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and tomato slices and sauté for 1-2 minutes until they are slightly soft.
2. Add the paneer to the pan and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the spices are well incorporated.
4. Turn off the heat and drizzle lemon juice over the paneer mixture. Mix well.
5. Warm the tortilla or chapati on a pan or in the microwave.
6. Place the paneer mixture in the center of the tortilla or chapati.
7. Sprinkle coriander leaves on top of the paneer mixture.
8. Roll the tortilla or chapati tightly around the paneer mixture to form a roll.
9. Serve the Kathi Roll Veg hot.
