Crushed ginger and garlic

Preparation
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped mixed vegetables to the pan and stir fry for 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Remove the pan from heat and transfer the stir fry to a serving dish.
