Preparation
1. Crack two eggs into a small bowl and whisk them together with a fork until the yolks and whites are well combined.
2. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the bowl and mix well.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Once the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan.
5. Let the egg cook for a minute or two until the bottom is lightly browned.
6. Flip the egg over and cook for another minute or two until the other side is lightly browned.
7. Remove the egg from the pan and serve hot with toast, bread or rice.
