Ingredients for this Recipe
Small beetroot, boiled, peeled, and cubed

Green chillies, chopped (optional)

Lemon juice

Coriander leaves
1 tbsp
Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, add the boiled and cubed beetroot.
2. Add chopped green chili (if using) and chopped coriander leaves.
3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
5. Garnish with more chopped coriander leaves, if desired.
