For a soothing effect, make sure to keep these products in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes before applying them as the cold temperature will restrict the blood vessels thus reducing inflammation.

Dehydration is one of the most common causes of face bloating. This is because when your body is not getting an adequate supply of fluids, it will actually start to retain water. So drinking a lot of water will help keep you healthy and hydrated and there will be a significant reduction in facial puffiness.
