Rava Vegetable Idli

Ingredients for this Recipe

Rava (Semolina)

1 cup

Sour curd

1/2 cup

Water

1/2 cup

Mixed Vegetables (finely chopped; can include carrots, peas, and beans)

1 cup

Salt (according to taste)

NaN

Baking soda or Eno

1/2 tsp

Oil ( to grease the idli molds)

1/2 tsp

Preparation

1. Mix rava with sour curd, water, finely chopped vegetables, and salt to taste. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Heat water in idli steamer. Add baking soda or Eno to batter; mix till frothy.

3. Grease idli molds; pour batter into them. Steam idlis for 10-12 minutes on medium-high flame.

4. Check with toothpick; if clean, they're done. Serve hot.
