Preparation
1. Bring one cup of water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the dried or fresh moringa leaves to the boiling water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
3. After 3-5 minutes, strain the tea into a cup using a strainer or a sieve.
4. Stir well and serve hot.
