Boiled Moong Sprout Salad
Makes one bowl Ingredients: 1/2 cup boiled moong sprouts 1/4 onion, finely chopped 1/4 tomato, finely chopped 1/4 cucumber, finely chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped 1/2 tsp chaat masala Salt, to taste 1/2 lemon, juiced Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Boiled moong sprouts

Small onion

Small tomato
1 no
Small cucumber
1 no
Green chillies
1 tsp
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Chaat masala

Preparation
1. Rinse and boil the moong sprouts until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the boiled sprouts, onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.
3. Add chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
4. Serve the boiled moong sprouts in a bowl and enjoy.
