Cabbage Paratha
Makes 2 paratha Ingredients: 1/2 cup shredded cabbage 1/2 cup whole wheat flour Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger 1/2 tablespoon oil Water as required

Grated cabbage
40 gm
Whole wheat flour
80 gm

Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, add shredded cabbage, whole wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, grated ginger, and oil. Mix well.
2. Add water little by little and knead into a smooth dough. The dough should not be too hard or too soft.
3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
4. Take one dough ball and roll it out into a thin circle using a rolling pin and some flour for dusting.
5. Heat a tawa or griddle on medium-high heat.
6. Place the rolled-out dough circle on the tawa and cook for 30-40 seconds.
7. Flip the paratha and spread a little oil or ghee on top. Cook for another 30-40 seconds.
8. Flip the paratha again and spread a little oil or ghee on the other side. Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
