Preparation
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
3. Add chopped pumpkin, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. The pumpkin will become soft and tender.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
