Boiled Mixed Sprouts
Makes one serving Ingredients: 1/2 cup mixed sprouts (a combination of mung, moth, and chana dal sprouts) 1/4 onion, finely chopped 1 small tomato, finely chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste Coriander leaves for garnish

Boiled mixed sprouts

Small onion, chopped

Small tomato, chopped
1 no
Green chillies

Turmeric powder

Preparation
1. Rinse the mixed sprouts in water and drain.
2. Add the sprouts to a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and let it cook for 8-10 minutes until the sprouts are tender.
3. Drain the sprouts and set them aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
6. Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
7. Add chopped tomato and green chili and sauté until the tomato is soft and mushy.
8. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
9. Add the boiled sprouts to the pan and mix everything together.
10. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sprouts are well coated with the masala and heated through.
11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
