this gorgeous meal for dinner TODAY 😡😡😡‼️ Recipe- Chicken marinade- 200g chicken breast with slits on top 1 tsp olive oil 1.5 tsp balsamic vinegar 1.5 tsp soya sauce 1/2 tsp honey Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Dried herbs Salt & pepper Alternative- 200g chicken breast with slits on top 1 tsp olive oil Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Dried herbs Peri peri masala Salt, pepper & red chilli powder Marinate the chicken & air fry at 180°C for 15 mins, flipping halfway. For rice- 120g cooked cold rice 1 clove garlic chopped Chopped veggies of choice 1/2 tsp olive oil Salt, pepper & dried herbs 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

1. Marinate the chicken & air fry at 180°C for 15 mins, flipping halfway.

2. brush pan with olive oil

3. sauté garlic. Add veggies and sauté for 4-5 mins

4. add rice & mix. Add seasonings, lemon juice & mix till well combined.

5. serve chicken & rice with leftover marinade, enjoyyyy
