Veg Burger - High Protein

was going through my reels and realised there’s no burger for my dear vegetarians 😡😡 so we make it !! this was toooo good, requires a little bit of effort but it’s worth it promise Recipe (makes one burger)- For the patties- Blend together - 30g raw soya chunks (soak them in hot water and wash 2-3 times; squeeze out ALL the excess water) - 50g boiled potato - spices (1 tsp peri peri masala, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder) - salt to taste To this add - 1/2 onion finely chopped - 2 cloves garlic finely chopped - 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp each of blanched peas, beans & carrot - 1/2 tsp soy sauce For sauce- mix together 15g (1 tbsp) greek yogurt (15g; you can use light mayo too but that’ll increase the calories a bit) 15g (1 tbsp) peri peri sauce (15g; i used veeba) 1/4 tsp peri peri masala Assembly- 1 toasted burger bun 1 cheese slice (i used amul) Lettuce Onion rings

1. place some of the sauce on the burger bun, followed by lettuce, patties, cheese slice, onion rings & more sauce - place the top bun and dig in🥰🍔🍔
