Besan Cheela with Paneer

got a request for Indian breakfast recipes with protein, and I instantly thought of besan cheela This is something most of us have eaten for breakfast at home, I hope this recipe helps ❤️❤️ Recipe- (makes 2) cheela batter- mix together 45g besan (1/2 cup) 1/4 tsp haldi 1/4 tsp ajwain salt & chilli powder according to taste chopped onion, ginger, chilli & coriander leaves 1/2 cup water (add in small increments, adjusting the consistency) Filling- 80g paneer (grated) you can also add salt & spices to the paneer

Ingredients for this Recipe

besan

45 gm

haldi

1 tsp

ajwain

1 tsp

salt

1 pinch

chilli powder

1 pinch

chopped onion

1 tsp

chopped ginger

1 tsp

chilli

1 nos

chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp

water

1 cup

paneer

80 gm

Preparation

1. heat pan with 2g ghee and pour half of the batter, cook on medium flame till it is golden brown

2. flip and cook for another 2-3 mins

3. add half of the paneer, fold and serve

4. repeat with leftover batter
