this is a super quick breakfast recipe if you’re bored of eating eggs the same way, it takes 10 mins to make and tastes so yum!! 🍳

Ingredients for this Recipe

eggs

2 nos

butter

4 gm

cheese slice

1 nos

tortilla

1 nos

hot sauce

5 gm

sliced onion

1 nos

pickled jalapeños

1 nos

chopped lettuce

1 nos

cheese slice

1 nos

Preparation

1. cook 2 eggs+salt in 4g butter, top with 1 cheese slice and let it melt

2. make a cut from the middle to the edge on a tortilla

3. place the cooked egg & cheese, top with 5g of hot sauce

4. place sliced onion and pickled jalapeños

5. place chopped lettuce

6. wrap as shown in video

7. toast on a pan and enjoy!!
