Preparation
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it comes to a boil.
2. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool down to a lukewarm temperature.
3. In a separate bowl, add a tablespoon of plain yogurt.
4. Gradually add the lukewarm milk to the yogurt and whisk until well combined.
5. Cover the bowl with a lid or a plastic wrap and keep it in a warm place for 6-8 hours or until the curd is set.
6. Once the curd is set, refrigerate it for at least an hour before serving.
