Makes two serving Ingredients: 100g paneer, cubed 1 small onion, chopped 1 small tomato, chopped 1 green chili, chopped 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder 2 tablespoons oil Salt to taste Water as required

Preparation
1. Crumble paneer with hands.
2. In a pan, add oil and onion. Sauté the onion until it becomes translucent.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for a minute.
4. Add chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and mushy.
5. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
6. Add paneer and sauté.
7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
