Vegan Tortilla Wrap

Lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup

Preparation
1. Warm the tortilla in a microwave or on a stove-top griddle for a few seconds to make it pliable
2. Spread the hummus or your preferred vegan sauce on the tortilla, leaving a little space around the edges.
3. Layer the seasoned black beans, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, paneer cubes and sliced avocado on one side of the tortilla.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it tightly from one end to the other, making sure the filling is tightly packed inside.
6. Cut the wrap in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
