Preparation
1. Rinse the chicken leg quarter and pat it dry with a paper towel.

3. Rub the tandoori paste onto the chicken leg quarter, making sure it is evenly coated on both sides.
4. Cover the chicken leg quarter with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight for better flavor).
5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
6. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with oil.
7. Place the marinated chicken leg quarter on the baking sheet and bake it in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until it is fully cooked (the internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
8. Remove the chicken leg quarter from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
9. Serve the tandoori chicken hot with lemon wedges and chopped coriander.
