Scrambled Egg Toast

Preparation
1. Crack the egg into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper. Beat the egg mixture with a fork until the yolk and white are well combined.
2. Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Melt the butter in the pan and swirl it around until the bottom of the pan is coated.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for 20-30 seconds.
4. Use a spatula to scrape the cooked egg from the edges of the pan towards the center. Keep doing this until most of the egg is cooked.
5. Gently fold the egg over itself a few times until no more liquid remains.
6. Toast the bread until it's golden brown.
7. Place the scrambled egg on top of the toast and serve hot.
