Ingredients for this Recipe

Mixed dry fruits (such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, and raisins)

2 tbsp

Cardamom powder

1 pinch

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. Spread the mixed dry fruits on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until they are lightly roasted and fragrant. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

3. Remove the dry fruits from the oven and let them cool down to room temperature.

4. Once the dry fruits have cooled, transfer them to a blender or food processor and blend them into a fine powder. You may need to pulse the blender a few times to get an even powder.

5. Add the cardamom powder to the dry fruit powder and mix well.

6. Transfer the dry fruit powder to an airtight container and store in a cool and dry place.
